America's sweetheart and star of the hit television comedy, New Girl,Zooey Deschanel took a Saturday morning selfie and uploaded it to Instagram. Unlike other celebrities who post selfies on the daily, thirty-four year old Zooey wore no makeup and did not use a filter. Her morning look is far different from the chic look she donned when she attended the Met Gala on May 5th. Zooey wore a custom Tommy Hilfiger blue velvet dress.
Zooey is currently designing a collaborative line with legendary designer, Tommy Hilfiger. Hilfiger spoke about Deschanel with Entertainment Weekly stating, "She doesn't take herself too seriously. She lives her life with a sense of humor. Certainly anyone can think of a lot of Hollywood actors and Hollywood types who take themselves very seriously and certainly in the fashion business, people take themselves very seriously - but we don't."
